Was my first real season skiing and Nicole was a great help in picking out boots/skis and understanding the differences between different pairs. Very patient with all my noob questions. Also had to swap the boots out for a tighter set (I didn't know what I was looking for the first time around, my fault), but the process was painless. Definitely earned me as a customer.

I worked at a couple shops throughout high school and college. I had a great manager that was excellent with customers and just lived and breathed winter sports. The guy knew everything but was super approachable and never a “know-it-all”. Around the Boston Metro area, I have traditionally used a short-list selection of ski stores to help setup my ski quiver throughout the years. As my skill level has progressed and have gotten more into touring versus simply traditional resort/Alpine skiing, the resources and bits of knowledge from the tech staff at Sun and Ski have far out paced that of many other stores. Not only is service great here, the actual true level of knowledge from this store is top notch and worth the 5-stars alone.
