Came in yesterday to look at Ski Boots and Jared helped a ton and explained so much. He found me a great pair which unfortunately weren’t in stock but found them on your website and I ordered them same day. Will definitely be back.
Was my first real season skiing and Nicole was a great help in picking out boots/skis and understanding the differences between different pairs. Very patient with all my noob questions. Also had to swap the boots out for a tighter set (I didn't know what I was looking for the first time around, my fault), but the process was painless. Definitely earned me as a customer.

I worked at a couple shops throughout high school and college. I had a great manager that was excellent with customers and just lived and breathed winter sports. The guy knew everything but was super approachable and never a “know-it-all”.
