In October I purchased a bike helmet as I started getting items for my upcoming triathlon. Sales rep fitted me. Months later as I start training I learn my $50 helmet is too small. On 6/22 after hour in the store - they acknowledge the helmet is too small and it’s their helmet. RecommendedI went to the bike sale last week looking for a bike that I could ride to work and also for exercise. They where very helpful, tried diferente bikes that they adjusted to fit me. They where almost closing and they made the extra effort to pack it so I could fly it back to Mexico with me, perfectly packed, got her without a single scratch. After a week of using it I’m very happy with the decision. Thank you guys for your excellent service and attention, especially Jules and the mechanic.

RecommendedSo..huge mom oops leads to needing to buy my 8 year old new swim trunks in January and having only one hour to do it. Mission accomplished thanks to the very helpful manager at the Webster Sun & Ski sports, who walked me back to the tiny storage area and found the right size immediately. To make it even better, they were on sale! Score!!! I recommend this store for their customer service and helpful employee! :)

I went in the Cool Springs store today to buy a pair of snow boots and a North Face jacket for a trip to Park City. I was completely ignored. I looked at the boots for a while. Then I finally saw someone approaching who I thought was going to help me. About that time a younger female came in the store.
