Erasmo and Eric notified me of their arrival time and when they arrived they immediately began unloading their materials. They expressed confidence about the install and genuinely seemed excited to get the awning installed. They were polite, excellent communicators and worked very efficiently. I have had alot of bad experiences with contractors since moving to South Carolina. I started to become a little skeptical when there were some minor shipping issues with our order. But they really came through, I can't speak highly enough of the quality and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation was neat and accurate.
Have been enjoying a sunshade for over a year-the original service and installation were stellar and we're very satisfied. Recently Erasmo and a coworker did a minor repair and they were very nice and professional and went above and beyond for us. Very positive experiences with this company. Highly recommend!
Yesterday we had an Awning installed by both Erasmo & Eric (Installers) from Sun Shades & Graphics, Inc. We live in the Greenville, SC area. We are very pleased and satisfied with the installation and the results have been immediate for shading our screened in porch. The Awning runs very quiet and the color choices available made it easy to blend in with our home colors. We highly recommend Sun Shades & Graphics, Inc.
