Had the windows in our new car tinted three years ago by this company. We've always followed the directions for cleaning, using an ammonia-free, tint safe cleaner. The other day we noticed the inner layer of the film is flaking off while we wiped. We went to Sun Shade and had them look at it and requested they honor their "Lifetime Warranty".
