We own two Miele vacuum cleaners for a multistory home, with two very hairy golden retrievers. The Miele’s from Robert’s store more than keep up and are the easiest and most powerful vacuums we have used. Pet hair doesn’t stand a chance! Robert also has fantastic customer service, something you can’t get online.
I have an older Pfaff creative vision. The machine hadn’t been used in three years. When I fired it up to make masks, well it didn’t have any fire. A quick internet search led me to Robert Hines at SunSewVac. Easy to work with, curbside drop off and pick up and credit card charges over the phone put this old machine back until working order!! Thank you Robert!!
Once again, they came to my rescue! My foot petal was going bad and they replaced it immediately since it was still under warranty. ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Thank you for another great experience!
Many years ago, when we were quilt shop hopping in Akron, my husband, Jim, selected these fabrics for pillows. Hooray! I finished them today--in a class I'm taking at Sun Sew Vac. Thanks Debbie for the soft flower folding and the cool invisible zipper technique.
I bought a vacuum from them and the latch that holds the canister in place somehow snapped off. I had come in to see if they could order the part for me and at the time I was told they could but it turned out the manufacturer stopped making them. Instead of the owner dismissing the matter he was able to get a new vacuum from the manufacturer for me! I am still a happy client.
