It is near impossible to book an appointment for something so simple. This new AI phone system does not work at all. I message on the app and no one replies. I press the call back decision and no one calls back. My provider is a helpful one but trying to get to see him is almost near impossible. Fix your booking system please!
Can we please start scheduling patients every 30 minutes instead of 10 of us having to come in at once and wait over an HOUR for our appointments….
I had to terminating my time with all of the providers at Sun River Health SI, they, on the whole, do not show their patients respect.The medical doctor couldn't find the orifice of my ear. The psychiatric nurse practitioner, Benito Joseph, lied about the purpose of his mandatory lab tests, lied about the time a medication took to show results, and misrepresented my personal information on a shared chart.
