The staff is nice but there is some terrible dysfunction internally, today is the 4th time I was told a script was sent to pharmacy. Pharmacy has no record. I spent the entire day on the phone trying to resolve, no success. This will literally be 4 complete days they have cost me. Zero accountability, they blame the pharmacy. If you take critical medications that can’t be missed, consider going elsewhere.
I brought my older mother to be vaccinated today. They were so compassionate and caring. All staff and nurses were really personable. Thank you!
