Absolutely terrible, incompetent, non-helpful, confusing, insensitive service. There is a reason why they have 2 stars. STAY AWAY!!!
I rather like sun river health. my only complaint would be the call center relying the messages of high importance. I suffer from ADHD and the staff are all so accommodating but when it comes to my medication issues the urgency isn't shown often. I get my meds aren't life threatening but technically it can potentially lead there when truly pondered. without my meds I cant do the necessary and often miss important dates and appointments that would help better my life overall. Not happy. At all.
They are so corrupt!! Acs been paying them for confuse me ! And they saw all the abuse ACS and the Kings Family Court did to me and my children's and they never do anything to help us! Because ACS been paying them! See the corruption on New York city.
