I had a wonderful experience on Thursday, April 2nd with my daughter's pediatrician, Jamila Williams. Mrs. Williams is truly doing God’s work in the way she cares for her patients. She is genuinely kind, takes the time to thoroughly address my concerns, and treats my daughter with such gentle, delicate care. Absolutely terrible, incompetent, non-helpful, confusing, insensitive service. There is a reason why they have 2 stars. STAY AWAY!!!
I rather like sun river health. my only complaint would be the call center relying the messages of high importance. I suffer from ADHD and the staff are all so accommodating but when it comes to my medication issues the urgency isn't shown often. I get my meds aren't life threatening but technically it can potentially lead there when truly pondered. without my meds I cant do the necessary and often miss important dates and appointments that would help better my life overall.
