Oh wow, love paying for parking just to have my car towed anyway. Nothing like a good old-fashioned money grab to keep things interesting. Staff are impossible to get ahold of because the apartment offices always close significantly earlier then their declared hours, so anyone working a 9-5 needs to take time off just to get packages from the mailroom
