The management will not address issues in a timely manner. They also do not resolve any of the issues but instead, put a bandaid on a flesh wound! Had sewage back up into the apartment and they didn't even clean the carpet. Water heater only works when it wants and they won't fix it or replace it. Ac unit went out and the just put a window unit in and then didn't take it out when unit was fixed, instead they stuck a pillow in the window unit to block the air from escaping. Very poor management.
