After leaving here for twenty months, I feel obligated to share my experience. My quality of life here was terrible. My unit was located to busy public road,and the traffic noise made it impossible to get a good night's sleep additionally, We had issues with various bugs and insects inside the apartment. The management office impose extreme restrictions, making the place feel like prison. It feels like I'm paying rent to be constantly monitored and controlling.
I lived here 2013-2024 it is safe you can walk around as late as you like just dont leave things sitting out people leave bikes locked up days at a time and they are completely fine place has many cameras and they respond to complaints and any issue they come and fix very promptly I loved living here many family’s live and raise their kids here. Terrible Experience at Sun Ridge Apartments I’ve had a very bad experience living at Sun Ridge Apartments in Concord. The complex does not have proper security, which is a major concern for anyone looking for a safe place to live. The management, particularly Alejandra, is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no respect for tenants and seem unfit to be in a management position.
