By far the most incompetent staff team I have ever dealt with. Nothing is ever fixed. Run away. Do not rent here at any cost. Water has been leaking in my AC unit for my whole lease and is getting me violently sick. They refuse to care or fix anything.
I have rented from Sun Residential for the last 3 years. Maintenance request are completed quick and office staff is great, especially Michelle and Amanda. I have nothing but great things to say and will continue to renew my lease until I buy a home. I love it here.
DO NOT RENT ON 4th street attached to the hookah lounge! This place is infested with mice, there were mice popping out the stove!!!! For 10 months, we complained of mice and they did very little to fix the problem! There has been mice dropping throughout the whole apartment, while moving out we discovered a dead mouse in a container, we finally hired someone OURSELVES to put traps down, we’ve caught 6 mice so far and they still showed up.
