DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. For weeks, my apartment has been filled with daily cigarette and marijuana smoke pouring through the bathroom vent and seeping under doors, spreading through every room of our home. I have been a resident of one of their properties for over 2 years. I have nothing to say but good things about this place. I absolutely love it, great maintenance, they address any issue in time and manner, the office staff is very friendly, I love Mercedes she provides outstanding customer service. I really love my apartment; it is very homie; grounds are very clean; it’s a nice place to call home. I have already referred to 2 families and they are very happy here.

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. For over 18 days, my apartment has been filled with daily cigarette and marijuana smoke coming through the bathroom vent and spreading throughout our home. The bathroom door is coated in thick layers of paint and doesn’t even close properly, leaving a huge gap at the top of the 9-foot door — so smoke travels freely through every room. UPDATE Aug '25: It's been 3 months since I moved out & I still haven’t received my security deposit. They told me I would receive my deposit within 30 days; it is KY state law that landlords return deposits within 60 days. Per Sun Residential, they cut/mailed the check on 6/27, but the check never arrived. It is either lost or stolen. I asked Sun to please cancel the original check & issue a new one for me to pick up in person. They told me to wait till 9/27 so that they can issue me a new check "at no additional cost". This condominium is very clean and peaceful. The community is well maintained, and it feels safe and quite at all times. The office staff is friendly, Mercedes in particular is always very professional and increadibly helpful. I truly feel at home here.
