Raising rent multiple times since they bought my building but the quality of the apartment has been only downhill. They say they will “see what they can do” about urgent maintenance issues like the water going out, when that’s the one thing they provide, or the inability to park in the parking lot due to ice for weeks when all the neighboring buildings were salted.They tried to scam me out of money saying they paid my LG&E until I showed them my stubs from paying it myself, and tried to make me pay for my ESA. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever rented from they where previously TCB management I guess they bought out my company kaleigh who works at the Rockford arms apartments is so disrespectful when it comes to customer service it’s never given in a polite way she is always frustrated and it shows terry is no better and that’s her boss ! Unless this is your last resort I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PASS
Sun residential took over the property we live at and things have gotten SO much better. They did an awesome job at snow removal for our lot an alley and our sidewalks look great too. Lifesavers!!! The office has been very communicative and helpful! I’m looking forward to our property being treated much better than previous property management companies.
Leasing agents lie constantly. Was told maintenance was going to come and fix my washer and dryer hookups that were so unkept they got rusted and corroded. Unfortunately we didn’t notice till moving in and purchasing a washer and dryer and was unable to hook it up to the unit. No one has come to fix the issue. The office is deliberately not answering calls or emails and we are still unable to wash and dry clothes. Lazy, unprofessional, and inconsiderate staff wouldn’t recommend for anyone to lease with them.
My experience with Sun Residential has been one of the best I have ever had renting a place. I was relocating from another state and needed a place to live. Saw this listing, liked the pics and did what I have never done before and that's renting the place solely off of photos alone. The staff at Sun Residential is friendly, professional, and made me feel like family. Communication is important to me and they have done that every step of the way.
