Been living in the same apartment for 17years. You would think they would come and repaint fix the old with new. NOPE NOTHING OF THAT NATURE. AND IVE TRIED TO GIVE IDEAS NOONE WANTS TO LISTEN. THIS WAS A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN I GOT HERE. NOW ITS DOWN AND THEY DONT CARE.
Worst property management ever! Seriously live anywhere else. I have just been trying to contact them for months and as soon as I talk to someone today he hung up on me because I was upset. Grow up and do your job. Edit: I sent an email it has been 48 hours without any response. I will keep everyone updated.

Horrible, horrible horrible they get new owners each year for the last two years. They just change the name. Everything about this company is horrible from TCB to TCB with Mirage to TCB management and now Sun residential everything with these people are awful. Update I’ve noticed a significant decline since new management took over. One of the biggest issues is that pest control, which used to be provided monthly, has now been taken away.
