It had been a while since I had a really good massage. My right shoulder has been acting up for a few weeks now. The massage therapist asked me a few qualifying questions when I walked in so I mentioned my shoulder pain. In addition to an overall relaxation massage she worked around my shoulder area but not directly on it. I was surprised by how quickly the majority of the pain was relieved.
