This guy talked my my mom into signing an 18 month contract to sell her house, without her knowing about it. Then had his "son" come look at the house without listing it on the market! Of course his offer was 20% LOW! Good this I was able to catch on before my mom signed that. Still now were stuck with this guy because he WILL NOT release her from this contract. Don't sign anything with this guy!
I drove to location for notary services. Time was 1030 am. Tuesday. Door was locked. I tried calling. I sat through the prompts and after selecting notary, a lady whom I couldn't understand answered and than hung up on me. I would call this place before driving there.
