Nicole at the front desk is an amazing creature. She is a problem solver. When Joe was running the place, you could have a reasonable owner-renter relationship. Current management serves one God, and that is called "money." You need a recorder when speaking with them. They have no problem lying to your face. Or put every single word you exchange on paper. They have no problem insulting you. No matter how clean you leave the place, there are zero chances you get the security deposit back.
Amazing.. can’t say anything bad.. always pleasant when I go into the office and if I need anything done it’s done quickly.
I love my apartment here at 4203. I find the landlords are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Love the tenants very nice and peaceful here.
Where do I start very unprofessional and they don’t fix anything I’ve paid my rent I was advanced for many months and one day they gave me a 30 day letter ( I was told by a tenant who’s been here for 17 years ) that Katherine told her “because I’m not mentally stable” sounds like DISCRIMINATION now I’m being taken to court for an eviction without a real legit legal reason for me to have to leave . So wonderful and easy to work with! They found a great rental for me, reasonably priced, good location, quiet friendly neighborhood plus it is a clean and well kept building!
