Beware, we were working with Scott Hughes, In Cape Coral /Punta Gorda and he had us sign an offer, he never explained the Buyer Broker agreement, he just chose the Exclusive and never explained there are other options. Beware!
Rude & Unprofessional - My experience with Heidi Carlisle at Sun Realty was far from spectacular. She booked a land only aerial photo shoot for $150 in Naples. *She shipped to use a box of signs for her office we agreed to place on the lots for her at no additional cost. As this was an empty lot we didn't expect anyone to be there and scheduled to complete the photo capture on a Saturday when we were close in the area. Rented a 4/2 bath from Naples realty I’ve work with Maranda Wyatt the entire time I rented for a year I’ve always kept up with the up kept of the home so when they decided to sell the home and I had to move I was told I wouldn’t receive none of my deposit back like I said the home was always kept up well I do no the carpet needed to be cleaned the handle on the screen door am also the glass slide door blinds needed replace I was told that I was charge for all those things which I have no problem with so $250 carpet cleaning ... read more
