Friendly staff that assist you in a timely manner
I have been a customer of Sun Rays for years and I wouldn't tan anywhere else. The beds there have continued to give me a natural dark tan. The service is always pleasant! I would also like to mention a very sweet lady that works up at your north store.. Ronni I think is her name, she has went out of her way to always help me! Her attitude is contagious, and such a sweet spirit about her. Every time I walk in there she is working hard, but always stops to ask me how I am doing, and how my day has been!! Poor service and 24 hours later streaks and no color after receiving medium clear spray tan. Staff would not give any instructions after being asked!! Very disappointed!!!
