They lost my son's RCT uniform and then didn't notify me about it til the 3rd day of me calling over it. This was the 1st time using them, I would NEVER use their service again!
RecommendedHaley is a very nice polite employee .Sun Ray Cleaners is a quick prompt and thorough when it comes to dry cleaning they are the best and the employees of this location are very nice.
I used sunray for over 10 years. within the last few months the service has been down hill. my clothes not as crisp anymore, some items pressed with creases in the middle of the shirt. I over looked it and ironed it out. but it got to be more frequent. I debated about writing this all day after I dropped my clothes off today (10/3/18). usually The older lady works on Saturdays but when she is not there everyone else seem robotic and the neighborhood feel is gone. Listen, I called the store at 6:03pm today in a panic. My son needs his uniform in the morning at 4am for competition. The lady answered the phone and even though I was late she let me come get it!!!! She was EVERYTHING. She went above and beyond for me. Thank her again for me please!!!!!

I brought my dress for my nieces wedding in for alteration last week and picked the dress up today and it is still a mile too long! I tried the dress on and the seamstress pinned it, the hem is not straight and the ruffles going down each side of the dress were stitched down! $20.00 wasted!
Being a business owner myself, I take customer service to be of the importance, and this particular cleaners has failed in the area of customer service miserably! As a paying customer of this establishment the level of service and direspect is absolutely intolerable. I do not recommend this cleaners to anyone in the Columbus, GA area.
