This place treated my fiancée with extreme distain after she simply requested her records. She didn't know she could ask for her records the same day of an appointment (no-one informed her at the beginning of the appointment), but the lady in the back mentioned (without my fiancée asking) that she could request her records during this appointment. So, politely, on the way out, my fiancée asked for her medical records. The woman at the window point blank said you should have asked for them at the beginning of your appointment... read more
