I came in for just a quick session and the first thing I noticed is the time it took to be helped, I understand if you are busy, but the fact I had to make myself noticed in between the employees conversations was next to infuriating. I wish that were the only complaint, once in the room I noticed that a previous client had left a sanitary napkin/pad on the trash can and it hadn't been cleaned up.
