I decided to begin Tai Chi because my balance is bad and I had fallen several times. It took a lot of courage to start because of my age and being out of shape. From the first day I have really enjoyed the class and Min Min. She put me on the front row so she could help me more, she encourages me and gradually corrects my mistakes. After 3 months I'm not great, but I see improvement every day that I go. In fact I don't miss a class unless it's an emergency, like keeping sick grandchildren.
This first review is a review of the students of Sun Qi Fitness. They are the most loyal and friendly students any fitness instructor could ever ask for. They make it easy for any new student to fit in and this goes for every single student at every single location!

I'm truly looking forward to each class of Tai Chi/Qi Gong every week. The instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. I come out of the classes feeling great!
