Hip hip hooray!!!!!! My name is Tina and I am a client of Son Pro Realty. I rent from them and I am posting this because I feel compelled to lately the maintenance this gentleman named Chris has done such an exceptional phenomenal job going above and beyond respectful polite going out of his way, I just I am just almost without words way to go Sunpro
Veronica handled us well. She has always been in contact with us during our needs. Highly recommend her. The property manager is the best. Rich has done so much to accommodate us during our move and when the owner decided to sell he was right there with us the whole time finding us a place that was suitable and met our needs. I highly recommend they if you’re a renter either short or long term, check these people out. We’re glad we did. Thanks Sun Pro and more importantly, thanks Rich.
I live in Regents park and they recently bought the property. I already had my reservations about them and I was not proven wrong. They do not reply to emails. Then the email says completed when I haven’t even gotten a reply! How is it completed???? No pest control. Nothing about the air filters. There is always trash laying around on the ground. I have edited my review since moving in then moving out at the end of my lease. Moving in and getting everything done was a breeze. Afterwards, not so much. The complex has a back area where the washer/dryer is located. I never received a key & was never able to use the onsite services. The maintenance dept called & I was expected to take off work to allow them access to the furnace (routine maintenance). Their excuse was “we don’t work weekends”, I never followed up.
