I have lived at this Apartment Complex for 9 years. I am a senior citizen and handicapped so the location is perfect for me. There is bus transportation to wherever you need to go. I am about 100 feet from the ocean so I always have a good breeze, Plenty of parking. The management team is wonderful. If you have a problem, they get back to you right away. Diego was extremely helpful, professional, and persistent throughout the entire process. He was genuinely excited to help me get into my place and went above and beyond to answer my questions and keep everything moving forward. His communication was excellent, and he made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and would highly recommend him.
If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Please do not rent from these people, I heard good things too until I experienced the bad. I dealt with unresolved maintenance issues, a significant water leak that led to extremely high utility bills, and mold that was never properly remediated. When brought up during inspections, it was only addressed with a basic spray rather than any real repair or investigation.
