My boyfriend has been planning this project for weeks, and we were looking forward to the day the concrete would finally be poured. Unfortunately, what should have been a smooth and exciting experience turned into a very frustrating experience. With the windows open, all I can hear was "can you add more water to the driver'? Based on what I've witnessed today, I would absolutely not recommend this company. As you can see in the photo, the concrete appears extremely thick and difficult to work with.
My driver didn't want to get out of the truck. Was wheelbarrowing up hill pouring 5yards of concrete. He didn't want to add water for some reason. Was so far gone I couldn't even screed the damn stuff. Made my experience a living hell . Plus I was still working, and he wanted the check. I'm 71 yrs old. Thought I was gonna die.
Horrible driver on the road. Called office just to let them know and whoever answered the phone didn't care at all. Awesome to know they have such low standards for employment.
Good place to get concrete from!
