Amazing service by Miguel and the Sun Power Energy Team! Had a home solar system installed by another company that did a very poor and incomplete job. Miguel diagnosed the problems, implemented fixes, and worked with component supplier to replace failed parts that were under warranty. Brilliant job.

Miguel is the only company that would help me with a big solar system mess. He showed up quickly and took care of it that day. I'm so thankful my solar nightmare is over.

Horrible company and even worse customer care!!!!!! Will scam you and lie to you to get you on board!!!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS. They'll give you donuts and LIE to your face when you tell them it wont be worth it for you. They then, of course, hang on to the fact that their solar systems are non refundable and unable to be uninstalled. They also put in a solar system that is not compatible with their own consumption meter so then make that your problem when trying to resolve the significant increase i... read more

I was very pleased with the sales time, the installation team and communication UNTIL>>>>> there was an issue connecting the system to the local electric grid. So far I have made at least a dozen phone calls, 40 texts, 2 online ticket submissions and a few emails desperately trying to get a hold of the company, and no one has followed through to get the system energized. Meanwhile I am paying on the loan AND still paying my electric bill. SHAME ON YOU (SUN/POWER and BLUE RAVEN) for your horrible post-installation customer se... read more

I can't express enough how much you should find a different solar power company than Sun Power or any of its affiliates like Blue Raven Solar. They will make financial promise they will not keep. They will offer you deals they will not honor. Their accounting team a will ignore your emails and calls. There's a reason why they lost their BBB rating. IF you're going solar find another installer and save yourself the heart ache.
