we have had our Sun power auto gate for many years and have twice had a mystery problem. Both times we have had excellent trouble shooting assistance and it has been the battery fading both times. Thanks very much to the team for prompt help again this time and Tristens trouble shooting skills were excellent and he was very patient.
Service over the phone was professional, answered questions and was able to advise what type of system would suite our needs best.
We bought our Sun-Power gate in February this year and we are very happy with the gate and service provided by Terry and the company. Had some questions about operation and installation and nothing was too difficult to advise and help install. It is a very sturdy and well constructed system compared to our previous system. Certainly recommend the Sun-Power auto gate to anybody. Also the remote control system operates the gate from a fair distance.
