I have not received my order -- my ship date was 9/17/20. As of 10/7/20, I not received a response to my email and the mailbox is full.
Customer service and shipping process sucks! I'm sure the quality of their products is great, but it doesn't matter if you never get the product!

Calling your cacao product Anandamide is extremely misleading when 100kg of cacao does not even have a milligram of Anandamide in it. You should change the name to something that is not misleading and on the edge of false marketing considering your medical claims of treating anxiety.
While I have enjoyed my aswaganda product I find I do not use it frequently enough for a subscription and would like to purchase as needed instead. I find that the company is difficult to reach when you need assistance especially the “ cancel my subscription “ kind. The website to manage your account comes easily but logging on is not so easy and changing passwords and emailing gets no attention. I'm a first time customer and I can't say I would reccomend the company. I don't know about the products because the Chlorella I received is expired and the other 2 don't have expiration dates on them. So, I'm wary of trying them. It did take almost a month to get the products, which is fine, but there wasn't any notice of the length of time it could take to receive my order. Sun Potion came highly recommended to me by my Dr. I’ve been on SP’s Chlorella for 4 weeks now, to help flush out heavy metals. I mix it into my green juice daily + its been such a great detoxifier for me. There are so many additional benefits to Chlorella, I plan on it being a healthy start to my day long-term. I love Sun Potion’s devotion to quality in their products and that really separates them from other companies.
I've been following / using Sun Potion for 8 years now. I notice a difference and feel better when I'm using them. I'm obsessed with the packaging. You can feel the care and integrity that goes into making them...it's hard to explain. I take the He Shou Wu before bed and sleep well and I'm obsessed with the Solar Rose Water. I keep it by my computer and spritz throughout the day for a little enlightening pick me up.
The products are good - however each time I have ordered it has taken excessively longer and longer to receive the ordered items and communication/tracking/etc regarding orders is pretty sparse and not great to say the least. At this moment I am still awaiting an order that was placed and paid for in full online over TWO weeks ago. Once i receive this last (very late) order - i will not be ordering from them again.
