Purchased a pool from Sun Pools May 14, paid in full. It is now June 22, still no pool!!! I am sorry to say that they seem to have unreliable installers. I will most likely be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this. We were quoted a time frame of 3 weeks to install, it's been 6 weeks now and we just keep getting the run around from the installer! Highly disappointed! I would not recommend purchasing from this company! If I could rate this less than 1 star, I would!

I bought a pool. The contract said 3 to 5 weeks. The pool was up on the third week. Not much swim time with the weather this year but satisfied with the service I recieved.
called for help on chemicals for my pool. Gentleman on the phone was very helpful and polite. Will be stopping to get some metalout from them and pool testers.
Sun has a new guy this year. They told me my pool would be up in 3 weeks since it is a busy time for them and my pool was up in 2 and a half weeks. The new store manager was very helpful. I enjoyed my experience with Sun Pools.
was told pool would be up in 2 weeks...5 weeks later was put up...WRONG! Still waiting for them to come and take it down to put it up the right way!! Summer is nearly over!
