My husband went to get oil changed in car and told them 3 times what kind of oil to use. They used different kind without telling us and was way more expensive. Same thing happened to my Dad. Have always used them but never again.
Horrible service. Paid $56 for half a car wash.
Waited in line for over 25 minutes just to get to the kiosk to choose my wash, only to have an employee open the 2nd kiosk area for people 3 cars behind me. I asked why I had waited so long only to have her open that lane up and have people pass me that hadn't been there that long. She said, oh it's always open and walked off. Really?! Last time I was here and the many times before that, it had only been used for the oil change customers! One thing this car is consistent with, and that is rude sorry customer service.
