I recently had the pleasure of my closing being held at Sun National Title Company. The entire staff worked tirelessly in an effort to ensure that the closing went smoothly and when a challenge arose (not of their making) the staff, and in particular the President, Dennis Egan, did everything they could to keep me calm and the property was successfully closed. As a Realtor I have worked with lots of title companies and lawyers to close real estate transactions. The team at Sun National Title Company are dedicated to protecting both the buyers and sellers. Recently I had a closing with lots of challenges along the way.
