It was a great experience for sure, none of the tools were sanitized being my only complaint. My nails looked exactly like my inspiration picture and the nail techs are very talented.
4/10 for cleanliness. Nothing was disinfected and they used used drill bits. They also did not understand what I wanted design wise even though I came with a reference picture. I got an acrylic set with gel colour with a “set price” of 65$ and ended up paying 35$ extra for simple 3d lines and simple designs. Other wise the service was good and they made sure I was comfortable. Here’s my reference picture VS what i got, not awful but they didn’t fully understand what I was wanting.
Excellent customer service from Alas and nails turned out so pretty, would definitely visit again.
