Ming made inappropriate comments about my skin. She said she liked having “clear skin” and she could never tan or be dark and complimented a fair skinned person. She also noticed I lost weight since she saw me last and said she could never be big or have a stomach. Who insults customers that put food in their mouths? I went in yesterday and I was treated very poorly. I told her I was a nurse and I wanted a short set, and she acted like even cutting the nails down was a chore for her. She messed up the design on my nails and I asked her if she could please make the arch higher. She lost it!! She began huffing and puffing with every movement, chastising me about not telling her that I didn't like the design sooner, but I told her as soon as I saw it.
