We walked in on a busy Friday for pedicures. There were 4 of us. They originally told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait. In the time I walked out to the car to get everybody and came back, which was maybe 2 minutes, they had already had 4 pedicure chairs in a row cleaned off and ready for us. The party even included children. They were great with them. They offered everyone a beverage. Everyone we encountered there was kind and accommodating from start to finish. I normally never ever leave bad reviews — in fact, this is my first one ever. But I really feel like I need to share my experience because it was that disappointing. I’m not sure who I got, but it was an older gentleman. I came in asking for a simple design — just a French tip with polka dots on two nails. My boyfriend and I both got pedicures first.
