I’ve lived in this area for 10 years, over that decade I have tried to get my eyebrows done several times at Sun Nails. Each time, I was very rudely told they were too busy. Last week I tried one last time as I live close by. I walked in and was greeted first with stares before being asked what I wanted. The worse customer service ever. The woman working there is horrible. I left because even though I had an appointment, waited almost an hour!

Owner told me to return to the salon in an hour and a half because they were busy. When I returned she told me that I could wait if I wanted because they were busy. If they wouldn’t have been able to service me, why didn’t she just tell me? I rushed to come back in an hour and a half, and they still can’t fit me in. This was 6:30 PM and they closed in an hour – how long was I supposed to wait? Until they were packing their bags to head home What a waste of time! No stars for that customer service 🤔

Had a wonderful experience at Sun Nails today. Great atmosphere and friendly customer service. Had an appointment with Don who provided the best service,very detailed. My 73 year old hands and feet are cruise ready.

Went in around 4 PM for a soak-off. They started right away but left the acetone on for about 20 minutes while helping someone else. When they came back, the filing was very rough and felt rushed. My nails were extremely brittle afterward and took months to recover. For over $20, I expected much better care. Would not recommend.
