Had a wonderful experience at Sun Nails today. Great atmosphere and friendly customer service. Had an appointment with Don who provided the best service,very detailed. My 73 year old hands and feet are cruise ready.

Went in around 4 PM for a soak-off. They started right away but left the acetone on for about 20 minutes while helping someone else. When they came back, the filing was very rough and felt rushed. My nails were extremely brittle afterward and took months to recover. For over $20, I expected much better care. Would not recommend.

I drove out of state and made an appointment a week ahead of time. They did not uphold the appointment time, took walk-ins before us, and the woman gave me an attitude when I explained that we had an appointment. She was unprofessional and rude to us. She offered a service I did not book because she had no time because she had no time for the service I booked. We walked out after waiting a half hour.

Do not spend your money here. The owners are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Waited for over an hour just to be told they can offer other services. Go to STAR nails- they are amazing!!
