What an terrific place! Every person was so friendly and helpful - I mean really great! They tuned up my older mountain bike, hooked me up with a great bike rack, and installed a dog exercise attachment (that I just couldn't figure out on my own!). Loved doing business with these folks.
These people have set a new standard for customer service! I have never met a group of people so committed to their customer's satisfaction. Whether it is a ride home from a non bicycle related event, outside of business hours assistance, or a positive shopping atmosphere. Sun & Spokes is hands down one of the greatest places I have ever done business with. Great people, Great products, Great Service. 5 stars is not enough for these people.
When I broke a spoke in the middle of a race, since Mark didn't have the right size in stock, he lent me a wheel, for free, so I could finish the race. What more can be said for a shop than that level of service and generosity.
