My husband and I bought new bikes online and we took them to Sun & Spokes bike shop to make sure they were assembled properly. Mark gave us lots of helpful advice about how to maintain our bikes, choose safety equipment & accessories and where to ride. We look forward to enrolling our son in the skills course and summer biking program.
I LOVE this shop. I wasn't a cyclist before Mark Lapaglia got my son on the mountain bike team. Then my daughter joined. Now we have a shed full of bikes, and a cycling community to hang out with. This shop has been very good to our family, and we've become friends with the entire staff as well.
Great local shop. They keep my bikes running wonderfully. Whenever I need maintenance and upgrades this is where I go.
I went to Sun & Spokes for a last minute repair on my son's wheelchair. Yes, wheelchair. I wanted to avoid a trip to Tucson where our DME provider is. It would have been days to get an authorization through insurance and then God knows how long until an appointment was available. I needed the repair done ASAP because I couldn't use the wheelchair at all and it gets used daily. On our 2nd Annual Bisbee Weekend, a teammate's chain flew apart. After Lyft gave him a ride to Sun & Spoke, shop mechanic Chris opened early and gave us the Red Carpet Treatment. Next weekend in Bisbee, making this shop part of our trip. Top 5 Shop in Arizona. Great job Team Sun & Spoke.
Recently went into the shop as my spin shoes came apart from the sole. Spinning is fairly new to me so I was puzzled as to why a pair of Bontrager shoes would come apart from the sole. Current owner, Mark LaPaglia was not able to help me with those shoes but gracefully gave me a pair that he had laying around that were my size. Needless to say, he has certainly earned my future business. Thanks so much!!!!
Just received my new bike, Specialized Diverge Expert X1. It was set up correctly and delivered ready to ride. What a great bike, and great team!
