Michael knows his stuff. People come to him and you can ask him any audio questions and he will make you feel at home and knowledgeable when you leave. I had a unique car which would require some research and trial and error with different audio components to make it sound and feel the best. No questions Michael did his own research and helped provide the best sounding equipment at the best price. When you leave you will forever have an “audio guy”
This business has very unprofessional communication. I came here when their Open sign was turned on, a person's voice through a Ring doorbell asked me to come back 2 hours later. I did, nobody answered the locked door or Ring doorbell even though the open sign was still illuminated. I'm very disappointed that this business wasted part of my day.
