Room was nasty, windows cracked, barely could see out of them, and old dead bugs piling up in between the good glass and bad. Room 414. This is the lfirst and last time I'll let RCI book me this awful accommodation.. Very pathetic. Would give lower ratings if the selection was available.
The location was amazing! Ocean front. Nothing obstructing the view. The bar staff was amazing. Our room.....there were signs hanging up with notices all over the hotel. About the "strang odor lingering in the air". They had just had an exterminator come in and spray the entire hotel. As they had cockroaches. Which we later seen in our bathroom. We asked for extra bath towels, we never received them. There was a $150 "damage deposit" placed on our credit card. That would be returned if there were no damages. It has been over... read more
