I'm really disappointed with our pick for this trip and I honestly wish I could ask for a refund or some sort of compensation. Immediately after walking in at 2:45PM, we asked if it was possible to have our bags held while we waited for the room to be ready at 4:00PM - only to find that there was no dedicated room for luggage, or even a space at the front desk for temporary storage. This room looks like a jail cell, we were assured ocean front, then received a ocean "view" room with no balcony. Everything stinks. Front desk is horrible and they charge you extra for parking. I've been to a lot of cheaper hotels but this place should be banned from operating. Would give it zero stars if it was possible. I want my money back
The front desk staff was great and the maid service not so much. The location is perfect. The inside pool is out of service but the outside pool is open. They do keep it cleaned
This place is a scam!! Paid $600 to stay in a room and then have to pay to park at the hotel that you paid to stay!! Load of horse!! Stay away!!! Better hotels for the money!!
