The customer service is wonderful and the motel management has great integrity. We were able to book the day before and reserve the last room available for the next evening. The night we drove there in May, there happened to be an unexpected snowstorm and we then needed to stay somewhere else that night that was a shorter distance. We called the next day to explain why we didn’t show up and they offered to give us a full refund. I’m so grateful for how flexible they were and for refunding us when circumstances changed. I didn't want to spend an outrageous amount of money on hotels while being in Kanab, so this was a decent budget option. Upon arrival, I found that there was no one in the office. Instead, I found my keys on the desk in an envelope with my name on it. it also had a nice, welcoming message on the inside. That was quite nice. The room itself was quite dated. First thought was just another run down motel. It was so clean and smelled good and very quaint! Janelle was extremely helpful and wonderful! My cat wouldn’t come out from out from under bed and i inquired about a late checkout out or buying another night and she said no, she would not take any money but she will help get my cat. Which she did! She even brought over a can of tuna to help lure my cat out from under bed. Absolutely will recommend this motel to anyone traveling with pets through this area.
