Never again!! I agree with the comment about the strip mall experience! The people in the restaurant walking around and moving furniture on the floor above totally destroyed the ambiance - not to mention the group in the waiting room that was howling up a storm about something funny for the last 20 minutes of my massage. How NOT to run a business I'm a busy person. I have tried twice to book a girls weekend Spa Day. I have not heard back from them. So this tells me that they are not interested in having 8 women come in for treatments. Poor customer service.
The best spa in the dells. I live in baraboo and have tried all of the local spas, I decided to try Sun mountain spa in wisconsin dells. I was so impressed with the staff and services they offer. they also have very good prices and local discounts.
New Management This location is no longer a hair or nails place. It is a wellness center offering top grade therapeutic massage. You must try Thai Yoga. It is amazing!!!! A great retreat space to sip ice tea swing on the patio swing and enjoy nature at it's best overlooking the golf course.
Disappointed My cousin and I booked based on their website. It is misleading. This "spa" is under a pizza parlor, sells beanie babies for $2.50 in the waiting room and my massage was less than good. We were looking for a full spa experience and got a strip mall experience.
Best Massages!! I’m not one to write reviews, but after the wonderful experience my fiancé and I had here on our vacation recently, I feel compelled to let everyone know that this is not a place to pass up! Firstly, my fiancé and I are always on the hunt for a great massage. Seems like just when we find a place, the masseur ends up no longer working there. happy guest I NEED to respond to the other comments. I have been going to Sun Mountain for over 3 years, two to three times a year. First of all, it is a DAY SPA and not a Resort Spa, which means you receive your service, with NO FRILLS, hence, the great prices, and perhaps an occasional noise. As for Noise, I have been to expensive RESORT SPAS and have had noise factors in existence.
