Ben installed an after-market hitch receiver with electrical for my Mazda CX-9. I needed it installed to tow a small RV trailer for an extended-family vacation. Ben was sick. But he did it anyway, opening panels to string all the wires and installing a brake controller. Completed in time and we made it. Thanks Ben.

I had a very poorly timed dead battery and jumping wasn't working... long story short, went and got a battery and thought that I was going to be able to change it myself. That didn't happen. I called Ben, and apparently the weather had warmed up enough for my car to be jumped.
