I called couple of times on 03/6 left VM to LeAnna no answer got email from her on 03/07 at 9:17am and she said vehicle is still available and then I called couple of times on her direct line no response. Drove 93 miles to check the vehicle when I got there they told me vehicle has been sold 9am. Waist of time I wish i can give them 0 stars.
As always, service was great. Dropped my Q7 off and it was ready when Derek estimated it would be. Car was tuned up and everything is running great

Purchased a used VW Arteon from Audi Mechanicsburg at SMC. Collin, my brand specialist, was awesome to deal with. No pressure but was responsive to my questions. There was an issue with the suspension that they worked with the local VW dealership to resolve. Lindsay, the Finance Manager, made the purchase process very easy and Mary, another of the fine brand specialists, got me on the road after the sale was finalized. I would definitely recommend Audi Mechanicsburg!
