This dealership was so unlike so many I've worked with. My salesman was very knowledgeable about his products and was able to match me up with the perfect vehicle for me in 15 minutes. Thank you domenick !!! I love my RS ! And the paperwork process was so simple and fast, I walked out with my new car in under 2 hours from start to finish. Recently purchased a 2024 SQ5 Sportback from this dealership. I am extremely pleased with the service and interaction I received from the sales dept. This is my third purchase from this dealership and i couldn't be more pleased with my SQ5.
I tried to give this dealership a chance since they are very close to me and it’s a horrible experience every time you call them. First, the parts department never answers or calls back if you leave a message. Cool. Called Audi Lancaster, answered right away. I put a used motor in an older A4 that is a kids first car, knowing I would need the transmission programmed. I work in the auto industry, I would do it myself but it’s a special to Audi program.
