After doing some Internet research, we went in to see the equipment we needed. The model we wanted to see wasn't out on the floor but the staff found it in inventory, unpacked it and assembled it just so we could "try it on". It was just right - the price was right - we felt right about it.
I experienced outstanding customer service during both of my recent visits. I purchased an electric scooter, which I then took back the following day. Turned out that my concerns with it were user error, and not an equipment flaw. In any case, during the second visit, the gentleman helping me was super nice. I noted to him that his scooter costs were far more than same scooters sold online. This place is by far the best medical supply you can find in the I.E. we have been dealing with them since 2003 and always recommend them to others. The prices are fair and the guys are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Unprofessional and overly expensive
Great place, better selection than other places we have been to. They always take the time to come out and see me at home when we need something. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is disabled like I am.
great place to get equipment, they have always taken good care of our family. they have a very nice store and more items in stock than other places. They even deliver to our room here at Plymoth village.
Buyer beware, certain purchases are final, and you must ask before you buy because we were NOT told that the hosiery is not even EXCHANGEABLE under any circumstances whatsoever, so after deciding they were too high a grade of compression without even taking them out of the box, the store will not accept them back even for credit. It feels an awful lot like a scam when you read about the non-return policy after you've made the purchase. Way to go, you squeezed $47 out of a student with no money.
