Such a convivence to have this store near my home. All staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in looking for something to help me with my swelling of my leg and the staff directed me to compression stocking. i was measured to my size and shown how to properly put them on and maintain them. My overall experience at sun medical was pleasant and i will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends to come shop here.
My wife just had a major back operation, and was released from the hospital with a need for a porta potty and walker. We made two separate visits to Sun Medical Supplies and purchased a $90 potty and $147 walker with tax. We also obtained a doctor 'referral' for a porta potty and a walker. Then at home I was ready to file a claim for insurance coverage. Received a box that was accordion look like an elephant sat on it after it had been opened and resealed call to try to resolve the issue got blown off put on hold just for the insurance department to not be working today when I called back and asked to speak to a manager. There is no manager there today not back till Monday they say next to call my insurance company.

Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone. Was hung up on once when I gave incorrect insurance info, called back with correct info, same female was rude and hung up on me again. People come to you in need and don’t need to be treated that way and cowardly hung up on with no accountability.
