I hired Sun Mechanical for my new construction project, but they messed up the filter space by a quarter inch. When I tried to replace the filter, it wouldn’t fit properly unless it was forced in, leaving gaps for air to bypass the filter. I reached out to my project manager, Rachel, and asked them to come back and fix the issue at no charge, since it was their mistake. The response was very unprofessional. I regret not choosing a more reliable and ethical company.

Super rude to the employees on the factory floor. The workers themselves where very dirty and refused to wear the beard and hair nets correctly. Including their head supervisor. I'd be looking elsewhere. Unless you want these people making repeats visits to fix their mistakes on a constant basis.

Sun Mechanical installed a furnace for us. The technician was very professional. Our new system works great!
