Sun Masters did a great job very happy with the work. The installation was quick and they scheduled me right away definitely recommend!
I had Sunmasters installing Xpel films on three of my windows facing my yard due to turf burn that was happening from the window's glare. Aaron was my contact and I have to say that I always got a courteous and prompt replies. The reason of my rating is due to the fact that the films didn't work on my place, and that is a bit unacceptable after paying total over $800 for 3 windows!. The WORST customer service!!!! I called to set up an appointment to get a quote to tint my windows. I was told that Ryan would be in touch to set up an appointment. He never called. I did this twice with no response from Ryan. As soon as I told them how disappointed I was with their communication and promised to write a horrible review, Ryan called. If you want an unreliable person to tint your windows, Ryan is your guy!!!!
Had the guys come out to put tint on our office windows and they did a great job!! I would recommend these guys!
The guys at Sun Masters took care of us in an emergency situation today! They expedited some work and fit it within their busy schedule to make sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Price was reasonable and the work was excellently done within a quick timeframe. We could not be happier and will definitely be using them again in the future! Thanks again guys!
