I had my oil changed and tires rotated 3 times. The first time I questioned the tire rotation back tires were square front round but was told rotated. The second time no oil change sticker in window tire pressures way off and tires did not look rotated. The third time and there should have not been a third time I marked my tires and again no sticker in window. The manager stated no you are wrong your oil was changed and tires rotated. i came in for a coolant leak diagnostic on my 2018 bmw 3 series... i was told that i needed to replace thermostat, coolant reservoir and waterpump and was quoted +$2100 to fix the issue and assured that this would fix the coolant leak. after getting the car back a week later, as soon as i drive the car off, i get a message that im low on coolant so i immediatley turn around and return the car. the mechanic then attempted to argue with me that the car was not leaking, when i could clearly see coolant leaking. they take the ca... read more
