love my dog, but my carpets and rugs don't:) I was looking for a serious company to clean my rugs after my dog made it looks old and hairy. I was a bit skeptical, though I didn't have many choices. I love those carpets. Thanks to SunLight Fine Rug Care & Restoration that made my carpets look new again with an affordable price.

Not recommended. Sounds like they might be good for rugs, but the drapery experience was terrible. They pushed me to "clean" drapes that were new, when I had only asked for a press, as they were just wrinkled. And then the installation was a mess, as they didn't keep track of which drape went where So overall, very expensive, at $4,000 for five pairs of drapes, and not a good result. Haim was very responsive on email though, to his credit.

I highly discourage anyone from using Sunlight Fine Rug Care. We called them to come and clean our carpet, and were visited by a nice man who told us it would be a very reasonable price. So we gave him our carpet to clean. But once he got it to the shop, he called us to say he had cleaned it but had needed to do more work on it than he initially thought. We had a very negative experience with Sunlight Fine Rug Care. A very friendly man came to give us an estimate for carpet work, but he turned out to be totally dishonest. He gave us a very reasonable estimate, which was lower than other estimates. So we hired him. He then proceeded to do much more work than required and charged us much, much more than he had promised. The guy was a total wheeler-dealer. Don't fall for the nice guy routine! Use another company.

the best Oriental rug cleaners – i had two antique Oriental hand made rugs, that needed a very thrall cleaning, after a moth damage, i called Sunlight fine rug care, the owner Haim, was supper nice and pleasant to deal with, after a very close examine he showed me the damages on the fringe's and on the bindings, as well as halls that needed to be re-weaved again.
