Did a walk in on 9/16/26 and the respecitnist in the front desk said that there was no Dr’s available too be seen .She said they were all in a meeting. Is that possible to be in a new place , knowing that they want new patients .They should consider being ready for whoever walks in.
One medication had to be ordered wouldn’t be in until next day. Another they said 10/15 minutes it would be ready even though prescription was sent a day before. Other prescription they had to message dr because pharmacist believed the dosage was the high for child’s age but dr hadn’t responded yet.
I love Sun Life Phramacy! Very professional and caring employees that genuinely want to help. Highly recommended, 10/10!
