I was a transfer case. While I'm grateful for the team that delivered my baby, their bedside manner can use A LOT of work. Being told "I told Dr. XYZ that her job was to convince you to get a c-section, even though I know you didn't want one." has left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. Again, glad I HAVE my baby, but, that thought could've stayed in the head OB's head. The bigger issue came when 6 days postpartum I had to come in for high blood pressure issues. Appointment was quick, not very personable but efficient. Not great if you are looking for someone comfortable to talk to about questions or issues, but good if you just need a check up. I needed a new provider and this will do, as most offices lack personality anymore.
Very nice facility and really caring people.
Everyone here is so friendly and kind. They really make you feel welcome and comfortable.
