I like the doctors here! I always have to wait a while on hold when I call them though, and I usually have to get transferred to someone else who is trained on the OBGYN side. I wish the phones were more streamlined! I also feel like the reception is disorganized and requires follow up to make sure requests are fulfilled.
Dr Herried is fantastic and a great doctor. This review is 1 star for their absolutely horrible billing management. They've sent my bills to collections after only one letter however when I recieved the warning I called to try and pay and was told I owed way less than stated. I paid what I was told I owed and then after I started receiving notices from a collection company. Very friendly doctors and nurses
My wife was seen at the Chandler Sun Life OB/GYN, and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. I, too, was impressed by them all. Very friendly and put me at ease immediately.
