ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS! Not only is Sunlife a joke and treat the people that PAY THEM like peasants, rude and act like we are annoying them anytime calling or asking questions about OUR OWN POLICIES but they have the audacity to with hold my tax forms to file my taxes for 2023!! They seriously told me “we don’t have an open file for you so we don’t have to send them!” I no longer am getting my LTD through them as of 9/1/2023 however they still paid me in 2023!!! This place is a joke they are so slow
Please, please, please do not USE this company. I have had this insurance for 18 years. I have never once used it until recently when I had to have hysterectomy for extremely painful fibroids. I requested the paperwork as soon As I was told I was going to have surgery and submitted according to their checklist. I was taken off work 9/23/21, surgery done 10/22 and still no check.....today is 11/10/21.
